# Nâng cấp & Kết nối nhiều OA

## Khách hàng kết nối nhiều OA 

Khách hàng muốn kết nối nhiều OA phải tiến hành mua thêm Slot OA để có thể kết nối > 1 OA với hệ thống CNVCDP.. Khách hàng có thể tự mua slot trên hệ thống hoặc thông qua nhân viên CNV.

## Nâng cấp gói dịch vụ OA&#x20;

**Bước 1:** Chọn gói dịch vụ OA&#x20;

Tại ứng dụng Zalo OA -> Chọn “Giới thiệu” -> Chọn “Bảng giá dịch vụ OA” -> Chọn gói dịch vụ OA cần nâng cấp.&#x20;

**Bước 2:** Thanh Toán

* Chọn OA cần nâng cấp&#x20;
* Chọn gói&#x20;
* Chọn Phương thức thanh toán&#x20;
* Thanh toán

**Bước 3:** Nhập thông tin xuất hóa đơn&#x20;

* Điền thông tin xuất hóa đơn của doanh nghiệp&#x20;

**Bước 4:** Hoàn thanh đơn hàng&#x20;

* Sau khi thanh toán thành công, hệ thống tự động nâng cấp gói OA

## Ngắt kết nối OA

Chọn “Xóa”  - biểu tượng thùng rác để ngắt kết nối OA
