# Kết nối tài khoản Official Account (OA)

## Kết nối OA của bạn với CNVCDP

Khách hàng gói free được kết nối 1 tài khoản OA với hệ thống CDP.

Lưu ý: Gói Free chỉ được kết nối 01 OA

**Bước 1:** Mở ứng dụng ZALO OA

Vào “Ứng dụng” -> Mở ứng dụng Zalo OA

**Bước 2:** Kết nối OA

Chọn “Quản lý kết nối” -> Chọn “Kết nối ngay” để liên kết OA của bạn

**Bước 3:** Cấp quyền truy cập zalo OA&#x20;

Cửa sổ hiển thị danh sách OA mà bạn đang có quyền truy cập -> chọn OA -> Chọn Đồng ý các điều khoản sử dụng mà Zalo yêu cầu -> Chọn “Cấp Quyền”&#x20;
