# Credit

Credit là hình thức quy đổi của tiền, được doanh nghiệp nạp vào hệ thống để sử dụng các chức năng tốn phí như: gửi tin ZBS, gửi tin Follow OA (tin UID), gửi OTP, gửi SMS,...

Công thức quy đổi khi nạp tiền vào hệ thống: 1.000 vnd = 1.000đ credit.

Tại trang chủ Credit, doanh nghiệp có thể theo dõi tổng số credit đã nạp vào, số khả dụng, số đã sử dụng và số hệ thống đang tạm khoá. Kèm theo đó là danh sách cụ thể các hành động tiêu tốn credit.

Bảng giá credit cho các hành động gửi tin :

Tuỳ theo loại tin mà doanh nghiệp sử dụng và phương thưc gửi tin ( SĐT hoặc UID). Dưới dây là giá cơ bản của các mẫu tin, chưa bao gồm VAT và các thành phần khác trong tin (Nút CTA, hình ảnh).

  * Tin tư vấn: 27.5đ/ tin đối với 8 tin đầu tiên kể từ tương tác cuối của người dùng, 110đ/ tin kể từ tin thứ 9.
* OTP Zalo: 385đ/ tin
* SMS: 880đ/ tin
